Please provide the correct phone number & email so I can contact you .
If you arrive with severely damaged or cracked nails , unfortunately your appointment will be cancelled.
If you are not sure about the condition of your nails , feel free to DM me a photo before booking .
No extra unannounced guest please .
Please add a soak off or broken nail service if needed , so we can book accordingly to time .
If you have a photo of a desired set or specific designs , please have it at your appointment so I can have a visual idea also photos can be sent for questions/pricing .
If you are rescheduling your appointment you can reschedule one time but if you have to reschedule again you will be required to send a new deposit.
You have a 10 min grace period . After 10 min you will be charged $10 late fee . After 20 mins your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. You must be in my chair before 20 mins Not outside . Please be consider of other ap after you .
